Pickled Things

I don't know where I developed this but I looooooove pickled foods.

My favorite has to be cornichons -- small pickles that I had in paris that was served with dry-cured meat, I get them at whole foods every now and then.

Then my second favorite is a tie between dill pickles and kim chi. thinking about this is making my mouth water.

And third, balsamic vinegar, I can almost drink that stuff.

oh yum yum.
