Sometimes its hard to talk about things because you and the person you're talking with are just going in completely different directions and just not understanding each other. Sometimes, one is too opinionated and not willing to listen. And some just like to jump to conclusions really fast because it makes them sound smarter.
I just wanted to talk.

I think you hit the nail on the head, so to say: Sometimes, one is too opinionated and not willing to listen. Listening is crucial, as is the ability to see things from the others' perspective. As is patience.
I feel like guys actually have the tendency to do what you described. If only we knew how to listen.
